Price of Services:

  • All the prices are set by the agencies, hotels, trains and buses companies that will use the platform to offer and sell their services.
  • All the prices are expressed in American Dollars and it includes all the applicable taxes.
  • The prices for more than a 10 people or families are subject to discounts we recommend you to consult the service suppliers acquired mainly when there are children.
  • All the prices of air and terrestrial transportation are subject to changes and the availability of sits in the day you will confirm your reservation
  • Deposits and Reservations
  • The system will just accept reservations done with 15 days before the date of the beginning of the required services., after it’s possible to reserve, but according to the disposal of the day.
  • In order to confirm the reservation, we must have received your payment for the services or the deposit of guarantee.
  • The payments have to be done through our system on line or  by means of deposit in our account and sent us the deposit voucher by fax or e-mail.

  • The charges of the credit card will be done after you had confirmed the availability of all the services required.
  • Our system acts as a mediator between the companies of tourist services and the passengers in order to control the reservation process and the payment of all the services. To make easy the reservation process of tourist services, we have commercial treatments with many companies which manage their own reservation systems and methods of payment such as hotels, tour operators, air lines and buses through ITS.

Reservations of packages and tours:

  • Any reserve application form of travel programs or tours that are confirmed, are guaranteed.
  • The confirmation of the reserve requested will be sent through an e-mail indicating you the reservation password of each travel program requested.
  • The confirmation of the services will proceed after having received the reserve on line or having received a deposit of guarantee.
  • The deposit of guarantee is a payment on account of the total price of the program, and it is the 50% of the total amount. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation, discounting the administrative expense which is of usd 22.00
  • The entire payment of the packages / tours must be carried out in 30 days before the date indicated as the beginning of the travel program.
Penalties:
  1. The fractions of package / tour which was not used, as a decision taken by the passenger; it won’t be refunded once the package / tour begins.
  2. For any cancellation, as a decision taken by the passenger, before 30 days of the date of the beginning of the tour, you will be punished with US$ 22 administrative expenses.
  3. For any cancellation, as a decision taken by the passenger, between 25 and 19 days of the date of the beginning of the tour, you will be punished with the 50% of the total price of the program, plus US$ 22.00 of administrative expenses.
  4. For any cancellation, as a decision taken by the passenger, less than 18 days of the date of beginning of the tour. You will be punished with the 75% of the total price of the program, plus US$ 40 of administrative expenses.
Note: The reserves of the programs to do treks are not refundable.
Reservations of Hotels (Included in the Tourist package):
  • For any reserve application form of lodging at hotels that you will confirm, are secured and guaranteed.
  • The confirmation of the reserve requested will be sent to you through an e-mail indicating you the reservation password of each hotel requested with the respective voucher..
  • The passenger just have to appear at the hotel reserved, and then show the documentation required like passport or the DNI (identity document) with the migration card and you will have to mention the password of confirmation of your reserve, it will be enough to be able to get a reservation at a hotel.
Penalties:
  1. For all the cancellations, as a decision taken by the passenger, with 16 days in advance to the date of arrival. It is subject to a punishment of US$ 40 for administrative expenses.
  2. For all the cancellations, as a decision taken by the passenger, 15 days before the date of arrival, it is subject to a penalty equivalent to the total price of the first night, plus US$ 40 for administrative expenses.
Reservations of tickets and transportation (Included in the tourist package):
  • All the reserve application forms of air transportation or terrestrial transportation which will be confirmed are secured and guaranteed.
  • The confirmation of the reserve requested will be sent to you through an e-mail indicating you the reservation password of each transportation company requested.
  • The airplane, bus or trains are e-tickets (electronic tickets) and the passenger doesn’t need a physical document. The day of the travel you will just have to present your passport or your identity document and then you will have to mention the password of the reservation to be able to receive your boarding card.
  • The price of the buses or trains is subject to the confirmation in the date of the reservation, and it might change; it may increase or reduce, in function of the availability of the kind of service you will take.
Penalties:
o Air tickets:
For all the air tickets emitted, the penalty will be of US$ 25.00 (the tickets are emitted the next day carried out the reservation).
Star Peru and Tans Peru:
After the ticket was emitted, you will be punished with the 50% of the total price of the ticket for the reservation of one way and 30% of the total price of the tickets for the round trip reservations. The refund will be done within the 30 days after having done the refund application form.
The last deadline to send refund application forms is on the 30 days after the first date of your trip that is indicated in your ticket.
Lan Peru:
The tickets emitted are not refundable. After the ticket was emitted, any change of date or flight is subject to a punishment of US$ 20.00
o Bus Tickets:
For any cancellation, as a decision taken by the passenger, up 48 hours prior to the date of the trip, you just will be able to change the date of the trip and just in the same route. The payment made is not refundable. If the cancellation of the before the 24 hours. You won’t be allowed to change the date of the trip and it is not refundable.
Note: This service can endorse another passenger, please send an e-mail to your trip advisor.
o Train Tickets:
The cancellation for the passenger's decision 15 days before the trip date you won't have any penalty, but you will pay USD 22.00 for administrative expenses.
The cancellation of the service, less to 15 days you will have the penalty of 10% of the train ticket, but you will be able to change the trip date, but you will pay USD 22.00 for administrative expenses.
The cancellation 24 hours or in the same date of trips you won't have refunded, neither you can change the date trip and you will pay USD 22.00.
Note: This service can endorse another passenger 48 hrs before the departure, please send an e-mail to your trip advisor.
Air transportation – Terrestrial: (Not included in the tourist package)
  • Flight tickets are not included, but if you want we can book, according of available in the day of the reserve.
  • IATA or companies of terrestrial transportation, they don’t have any kind of liability for any act or event that the passenger might suffer if they are not on board of a plain, train or bus.
  • When the tour or the package includes an air or terrestrial promotional price and the customer changes the date of departure, it is subject to a penalty.
  • Documentation:
  • The costumers must have a valid passport or a travel document according to its nationality, according to the legal rules required by Peru.
  • The final list of the passengers must have the following information:
  1. Full name of the passenger
  2. Passport Number or DNI (Resident or Peruvian)
  3. Nationality
  4. Age
  5. Sex
  6. Food preferences
  7. Suggestions:Very Important (Allergies, sicknesses, special characteristics of the passenger, etc.).
Urgent Cancellation:
  • In case to make an urgent cancellation, please contact directly with the service suppliers.
Luggage:
  • You are able to carry just 50 lb. (23 kg.) in all the flights and in the terrestrial transportation.
  • The passenger is responsible of its own luggage, unless the luggage will be insured.
  • The passenger will be completely in charge of the small things like: film or photographic cameras, binoculars, handbags, umbrellas, etc. We recommend you being very careful about using them.
  • We recommend you to insure your luggage and it should have identification cards.
Note: In the train to Machupicchu is just possible to carry 08 kg per person.
Hotel in travel programs:
  • Like it is indicated in each program. The prices are established by the number of people and specified nights.
  • We reserve the right to substitute hotels of the same category or a high one.
  • We have a limited number of rooms.
Meals:
  • In all the flights and terrestrial transportation, food and snacks are served according to the politic of the transportation company.
  • Food, which is specified in the program schedule, is included in tours or travel programs. (B= Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner).
  • The passengers are responsible about having the meals.
  • If the passenger is vegetarian, or have a special alimentation, please sent us an e-mail
Obligation:
  • The obligation of the services that were not provided because of the carelessness of the service supplier will be restricted to the real price of the omitted services and it excludes all the consequences or resulting indirect costs.
  • In a possible case, the supplier will make its best effort to proportionate an alternative solution of an equal value, subject to availability.
  • Execution of the package refund / Tour or lodging
  • By any reason within our control, the supplier gives up to proportionate any kind of service, hotel, food or transportation indicated in our travel program, an appropriated refund will be emitted before 30 days, after the costumer had presented an application or written an authorization of our representatives.
  • The refunds or part of it, for cancellations requested by the passenger, it will be done within the 30 working days, after having received the application form of the passenger.
  • Any complain will be considered if it was done after the 60 days of the end of the package or tour.
  • Liability and obligation
  • The supplier, at the moment to bring this programs, has the responsibility to complete what was offered, and the programs has to be carried out like it is declared in the schedule program and in the information that is published in our web page.
  • The supplier denies all the responsibility in the case of meteorological problems or natural disasters that can not be predicted.
  • ITS, as a mediator of tour operator, deny any kind of responsibility for any damage, lost or injury suffered in relation with the services and lodging provided by the train companies, bus operators, tourism companies, tour operators, steamship operators, airlines, hotels and lodging companies, and all of them which operate under the control of the laws that ruled this country in which these services are brought.
  • The supplier, reserves the right to change any package / tour program.
  • ITS will emit the electronic tickets and vouchers for the assistance of the services requested ant it will be given in the first city of Peru where the package will start to be used.
